What the texts are about
Texts relate to your request: scheduling a call, confirming details or letting you know about next steps. We do not use texts to promise approvals, amounts or rates.
Consent
We text only numbers whose owners agreed through the request form's consent box or another documented opt-in. You do not have to agree to texts to work with us.
Message volume and charges
The number of texts depends on where your request stands. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Stopping texts
Text STOP in reply to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
